Who wrote this drivel? Military already receives 56 cents out of every tax dollar and has not won a war since 1945. Maybe somebody needs to rethink things.

p.s. I remember when American bragging rights were all about having the highest standard of living in the world. Now they about having the biggest economy and the best military--neither of which actually serve us well.
