They're going to play amidst fires--that strikes me as a perilous undertaking--but they're only going to be playing amidst fires that were delayed by ice.

Now, what they're fleeing in order to play in the midst of fires must be pretty horrendous.

I can get it to be something reasonable, but it takes just too much work.
