It's a word salad trying to slam a low wage worker for KNOWING her clientele. This guy had a reputation for this.

Besides that, Chipotle does not take your money when served. I've eaten there. You order. You eat. You pay.

In a McD or BK, you don't get the food until AFTER you've paid.

And shrink is only partially due to "dine and dash". The food that is thrown away because it wasn't used is clearly a big item that any business would pursue toward it's minimum. There's no reason to be in business if one doesn't care how much product gets thrown away.

You're comparing apples to oranges and doubling down on it, to boot!
