It’s aporopriate that he read the report and then write his summary.
After that he will consult with Rosesteon and Mueller about how to handle the full report.
I would hope he decides, after consultation, to release the full report to the appropriate Congressional committees.

This will take a little time in any case. Also we don’t know how big the report is. If it’s huge it could take more time.
