I don't know who else our arms manufacturers can sell them to. Remington Arms already declared Chapter 11 once.

As for LaPierre--well, he is a Republicans with access to a lot of money that isn't his, but that he could use to spend on himself. What did you expect? Donations to the American Cancer Society?
