That used to be the general position on DU until Trump began attacking it in the campaign. Then suddenly people began defending it. Obama said it should be changed in 2008 and Hillary Clinton said it should be changed in 2016.

Both Sanders and Clinton opposed the Trans Pacific Partnership in the 2016 campaign.

I don't want our manufacturing base to "evolve" out of existence.
