8. It's a pretty simple procedure.

(1) The Judge asks the government lawyers who made the decision to not comply with the Court's order;
(2) Issue an order that the person identified in (1) appear and show cause why s/he should not be held in contempt;
(3) If that person does not appear as order, send the US Marshall to collect him or her;
(4) If the person does not convince the judge that s/he should not be held in contempt, order him/her jailed until the Court's order to provide the documents is obeyed.
