they are actually obligated to bring that person into custody. They cannot simply ignore it. Anyone whose presence in the US is not authorized is subject to deportation, simple as that. If we are serious about winning election, we need to be on the side of DACA and people legally residing in the US; we cannot be siding with those who have deportations orders pending against them.
