9. I remember when that happened to li'l bush. Saw the footage on Colbert, Stewart, or the like.

There was a line of foreign leaders greeting other leaders who were filing into the room, and every leader shook the hand of the leader in front of li'l bush and the one behind li'l bush, and none of them would shake his hand. They were all so busy greeting the guy in front of him or not seeing him because they were so excited to see the guy behind him.

It was a thing of beauty.
