Trump has a degree. W has a degree from an IVY league school. I could go on. A college degree doesn't require intelligence.
Intelligence exists outside of formal education. I've worked with many people who did not have a degree but were very intelligent. I think a degree helps people who are intelligent think/problem solve in a more efficient
