I'm retired and pretty much 'self-isolating' except for an occasional early morning run to a local grocer for perishables. I'm just over the edge for being considered in an 'at risk' group (over 60) but I'm someone who has never had a serious illness - not even the flu - am in really good health and have a very robust immune system that I care for with daily doses of raw garlic, turmeric and sambucus. Still, I'm not going to take any chances. For all I know, I could end up being an asymptomatic carrier so it's really not worth the risk to others.
