I have been jockying for more pay and valued as an employee seeing that I am hitting 60 and throw away. But I really need this job for the next decade. It is a place and a job I can do old and I will need a job to eat.

I deal with the public and have no desire to put my body out there. Also, I am in Oregon so between the two states that Trump is going after, though the governors are the leaders in addressing this crisis. I had a customer call last night wanting to move their reservations up a week because they wanted to get out of Washington state and get into California. Trump said he was thinking about closing the boarders. Once i realized his intent I became really unprofessional scorning Trump his dislike of these two blue progressive states.

I called my boss and asked her to consider taking me off the payroll for a month. I could afford it, the owner was being hit hard and we can all do our part. They want all of us to stay, and guarantee hours for us to stay. So they were stuck with a bloated payroll with what is happening with business.

I was able to convey all this to my boss, giving her further insight to my abilities as an employee and more.

It works all the way around. Guaranteeing me a job and my continued employment while helping the owner. All in good spirits and I can visit my father in another state that I have not seen for 3 years. While keeping my old body safer.
