remember the best fighter against any virus is your own body.
Anti-biotics work only with bacterial infections.
So give your body what it needs to produce lots of anti-bodies which will know how to identify the virus and kill it.
Eat nutritious foods, get plenty of sleep, keep well hydrated, do deep breathing exercise before and after bed time, avoid alcohol and no smoking!
And consume turmeric in any form, it is a natural expectorant which helps expel bad stuff from lungs.
