..."that's too bad, I hope that he pulls through". It's my selective empathy at work. Boris is a clown, a nutter, and his politics stink, but I don't wish him ill health or a medical calamity. Now if Trump catches the virus, I hope that he lingers for eight days, babbling incoherently in a fever (who could tell) and dies with only Stephen Miller at his bedside. And Stevie comes down with the virus soon after. Not much empathy there, I know.
