If they are dumb enough to try to prosecute a former president, then they all but assure that Biden will use that precedent to put trump away forever.

This is all noise and distraction to get you and the media to talk about something else, ANYTHING ELSE, other than the 82,000 dead Americans and 22,000,000 unemployed.

Don't worry about it at all.
