"Democrats in the House need to start hearings on Bolton's claims.

A book is not a formal record of testimony under oath. Bolton has no reason not to testify now. The point of the hearings would not be to impeach but rather to get Trump’s misdeeds in the public record. Remember that Republicans used an even smaller issue of Benghazi to harass Hillary Clinton for months. Hillary had done nothing wrong; Trump has. Public hearings are needed to evaluate damage to our national security and promises Trump has made to get world leaders to help him get re-elected."
