12. I know of no employer that asks to see your back tax returns.

Who does this?
Until it becomes a law, you can say all you want that he owes us, but that's not even remotely true.
I would be ok with a law being passed that all Federal Govt. politicians should release 10 years of tax returns. That would solve this debate.
