To say that there is a major situation, because Putin called him to tell him that the Chinese sent in their special forces to flood the polls with fake ballots and steal the ones for tRUMP. So he has ordered Bill Barr to lock the country down and impose 24/7 martial law, until they round up all those who were not registered for his Republican Party.

Yes, I really can see the idiot doing this.
