Two things you never do. 
1. Never call an Iranian/Persian an Arab.
2. Never call a Russian a fascist.
Unless you want to wake up some time later in a hospital from a coma.
Call them imperialist dogs, corrupt bastards, two face hoar's, unfeeling in-humans, etc. are all perfectly fine. But those two things, are a no-no.
