His followers have been fed a steady diet of conspiracies about the courts refusing to hear his bigly, righteous cases that would prove the steal if only Kraken and Rudy and Lin Wood could present them in the Courts ... but the courts are part of the Deep State, you see?
These SCOTUS decisions work to his advantage. Cause he's manipulating a bunch of knuckle-dragging, moronic Cult45 members and that's all he cares about.
The Taxes, OTOH ...
