...since the current district court balance is almost exactly 50/50 and there are a few dozen vacancies to fill. The first handful will accomplish that goal.

But "about to undo Trump's judiciary project" is way off... since the appellate court level leans right about 55/45 with only a handful of open seats. Even when Biden has filled all of the available open seats, republicans will still be about a dozen seats up. The likelihood of six or more of them retiring and being replaced in the next year and a half is slim. Those who were ready to retire almost certainly got off the bus while Trump could replace them.

And, of course, the true "trump judicial project" remains the 2-1 balance on the supreme court.
