I'm afraid that is the actual plan in those QOP state legislatures. The Jim crow rerun stuff is more of a screen for their actual plan, codification of vote total alteration made legal. It's one of those "look over here at what bad things we're doing, you should place all your energies toward stopping us", while the really effectively bad things remain. I mean the no water in the poll lines is an obvious target for outrage, right? If that were removed a lot of people would say, work done, lets celebrate. Welcome to cynical Wednesday.
