And they are much farther along than Biden would likely get any time soon.

Congress is in the process of doing exactly what you seem to be calling on Biden to do. And it would take months for the Administration to put this together. This isn't 1963 and this isn't the Kennedy Assassination.

I don't understand why you're calling on Biden to get started on what Congress is already pretty far along the way in doing.
