IRS screwsup and sends some $1400 4th stimulus checks outs

I haven't received my $1400 yet. The 'get my payment' website has been saying this since February:

Quote: You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.

We will deposit your payment to the bank account below.

Bank Account Number: ************

Updates to your payment are made no more than once a day. We will mail you a letter with additional information on this payment.
Unquote.

I never got the $600 either. I claimed that on my tax return back in February. Then they changed the tax due laws on unemployment benefits, so my tax return was wrong as filed, so they're going to refigure it for me and I don't have to file an amended return. Instead of owing $60, I'm now due a refund. God knows when I'll see any of that money.
