There is no elected government.

The Israelis have no one to negotiate with.

Every single country in the Middle East, north Africa and gulf besides Israel is a right wing or religious dictatorship, with antisemitic rates approaching 100%.

Terrorists are in charge of Lebanon and Gaza, and parts of Iraq.
