Its proven that capitalism can thrive when workers can collectively bargain in an efficient manner.
Government bodies in the US dont seem to be willing to set acceptable minimum standards. So power for workers isnt going to come from there. Its collective bargaining or employees are shareholders. The latter wont happen by law.
