OSU gave no indication that they were going to mandate. They put in protocols that unvaxed would be subject to more frequent testing and isolation if exposed.

The law that the state house passed went so far as to say that they could not treat them differently in any way while it was experimental. Fortunately, the law didn't kick in until October so it never had any impact to the way they operated.

This mandate is all new from them
