In both cases, of course, it's a totally insane type of law.

At least anyone who doesn't want to get COVID, however, and/or wants to keep family members safe from COVID, has more reason to be granted standing to sue the unvaccinated, based on threat of personal harm, than any old random person who doesn't like abortion has reason to be granted standing under the Texas law.

I'd really love to see someone pass such a law, just to force the insanity of this legal standard to be put to the test.
