5. Our RI forecast is talking about 60 degrees on Wednesday

and high 50's for the remainder of the week. Last week we had just a touch of snow.

I see that NH ski areas are operating, but only because of snowmaking capability. They need a good jolt of that "white gold". My skiing days are over, but I hope things pick up quickly for those anticipating this wonderful sport. A lot of people and businesses live or die by what they make in these important four months.

Still love it, skiing or not. Let it snow!
