The simple FACT that most gun killers have a record kinda' MEANS that they're not in prison when they kill people...

So... doesn't that kinda' suggest that they should be in prison instead of out killing people?

Maybe your gun enhancements don't work?

Just look at the stats... it's pretty obvious.

Let me know if you need more help.

Example: Felon in possession, mandatory 10 year sentence. Maybe 20?

In California it's UP TO 3 years in prison and frequently no prison time or a few months in County jail.
