but they forgot to inform Voltaire2 on DU of their progress.
You don't start at the top with a case like this and there has never been a case like this.
The evidentiary bar for the DOJ is much higher than for Congress. The committee can simply say all signs point to Trump. Garland has to prove it, and he has to use cooperating witnesses, not simple assertions. Every step must be rock-solid or it won't survive in court.
