Top dog can say whatever shit he wants to say and everybody else hangs on his word.

But, what happens if the top dog is going into the latter stages of madness? I guess we'll find out.

My two cents: Put Trump under oath and in a public setting. It will become abundantly clear to people that he's losing his marbles.
