I had no clue she was a rumper until after I wasn't working there anymore. She was great at her job, ran the whole HR for the county and, with an assistant, was on top of it all the way and then some. I was very impressed with her skills and foresight. SO I was shocked to learn she was a rumper when she mentioned it in a conversation. I tried to cover my surprise, I hope I was successful. I run into her once in a while, she quit the HR job, they didn't really appreciate her because she knew the rules and the county was more interested in kissing up to wealthy land owners and participating in nepotism. I'm thankful I was a temp, I knew better than to apply for permanent work there... including that there were too many rumpers.
