hard to believe he'd get 5 months unless there is some wink and a nod that he'll testify TRUTHFULLY against the company.

with no official cooperation deal on the books drumpf would have a hard time arguing "he's only saying these things because of the cooperation deal!" As opposed to pleading guilty with no deal in place.
