There are degrees of stupid, and she is truly exceptionally stupid. According to the article linked by Hermit-The-Prog, she thinks electric airplanes will have to be powered by people on spin cycles, pedaling to keep the plane in the air like galley slaves rowing a boat!

There's also a link in that article to another one where she said that using solar energy for electricity will mean having to turn the lights out when the sun goes down and not being able to have washers, dryers, or refrigerators. That's an extra special level of stupid, imo.
