Early in the press conference, Biden -- while talking about VP Harris -- said "Vice-President Putin".

At the end as he was leaving the podium, someone in the crowd shouted at him about that mistake. Biden turned as if to say something, then, he grinned, waved off the reporter, shook his head, and walked away as if to say "I don't have time to deal with fools." The perfect response to a stupid question!!
