He said in no uncertain terms Joe Biden is still running. His initial statement

NYT reporting of President Biden is absolutely wrong, and it's been consistently wrong. The President has said he is running and that's the end of story. He was just out here in Nevada talking to people from the NAACP and he is running his campaign along with his Vice President.

The interview went about 10 minutes with Chris Hayes and Alex Wagner.
