Smith appointment unconstitutional per a Supreme Court Justice who is owned by billionaires who have no use for the constitution and per a judge who got her job by the machinations of republicans who care not about lawful and orderly exercises and appointed by a stone cold felon who sure as hell does not want the constitution to operate as prescribed. Just a stab by a veteran who wants the constitution to live.
