I trust Marc Elias. He knows what’s happening and if he’s concerned we can’t ignore it.

The only way to overcome this (imo) is for Harris to get to 270 without them. That means the feckless red state local boards that refuse to certify can proceed with their tantrum in courts while she gets inaugurated anyway.

That means massive turnout to overcome their attempt to thwart the democratic process
