At a minimum, Trump should have had a contingency plan in case Harris was the nominee.

If he cannot manage that, how can he manage a country.

He can not.

He did not.

Deaths from COVID were higher than they should have been.
He tried to repeal ACA three years before COVID but failed.
If he had succeeded, the COVID crisis would have been much worse with millions without insurance.

Trump's incompetence in healthcare is not a bug but a feature.
