He lied that the Justice Dept. wanted to indict Hillary while he was president (no evidence of this of course) but that he was very protective of her and didn't think the wife of a former President should go to jail.

So basically, he knows Kamala is going to win and is trying to work the refs so that Kamala will let him off without jail time. He's so transactional and stupid and he thinks Kamala is too.
