and takes "pre-orders" and reports big numbers on those (of course nobody gets to see the books to see if the number is real or inflated like the phony promises) and the stock goes shooting higher and the man making the phony claims gets richer on the stock. The king of the bait and switch. Hello Merrick? It's called a Bunco scam.
