20. I doubt there's any difference in how capacity is figured for an arena.

These arenas are used for concerts ALL the time & they fill the floor. Some shows may do 1/2 house shows so they wouldnt count, but bigger shows will use the whole arena; like Swift. Some may also not have seats behind the stage
At the end of the day it doesnt matter.
