You dont just roll out of bed & file to run for Congress. Since he filed in Feb '05, at the very LEAST he was getting his team together mid-'04. Thats LONG before any talk of a deployment wouldve been happening.
This is such a nothing issue coming from a campaign led by a draft dodger
