6. This hits kind of close to home for me.

I went through two rounds of IVF in 1998, when I was 35, just to get frozen embryos for future use, and to keep my reproductive options open. I used them to get pregnant with my twins ten years later.

So, so glad that I didn't even have to think about any of that BS. It's stressful enough without it. So glad that I was all done with it years before anyone started thinking about making it into part of the culture wars.

I'm pretty sure that my remaining embryos got discarded, but I should probably contact the clinic just to be absolutely sure. I would hate the idea of the Christofascists getting control over them.
