Watching MSNBC, I think I've heard it a hundred times. "The little pill with a big story to tell" is a story one word TOO big for the jingle melody, but they forced it in, anyway. Makes me cringe every time I hear it.

But seriously, the amount of advertising they do for certain drugs is a clue that they are WAY overpriced.
