14. Under President Obama, the top rate of tax on interest income has increased by 8.4%,

the top rate of tax on capital gains has increased by 8.8%, and the top rate of tax on earned income has increased by 4.6%.

Many of the rich bankers coughing up these higher taxes would probably see room for improvement.
