My employer based insurance rates and deductible increased every year and the benefits decreased, back several years ago when I had it. I expect it will continue to do so for those who have it now. BUT, ACA does have provisions that even those employer-based insurance plans must follow which are good.

I am agreeing with you, just adding on.
