His behavior during his flight from America didn't exhibit this degree of planning, consistency, or foresight.

Wikileaks, maybe- they bankrolled part of his costs and provided legal advice. It it could be someone quite else.

Beyond the question of identity is the necessity of maintaining and acting on the awareness that we are being played.
