OTOH, many I know like Christie's blunt and insulting manner. To these folks, he's a no BS, straight shooter kind of guy.

Keep in mind that there are a whole group of people who dislike the fact that Obama always sounds "like a teacher/professor". These are the folks who felt that Jr. Bush's butchering of English made him "someone I can relate to."
